Current status of our company
“We have been successful in our three main businesses: hotel and private accommodation management, Youtube, and cross-border e-commerce.
In particular, our business that combines Youtube and cross-border e-commerce is highly regarded for its uniqueness and potential.
The company has attracted attention in Japan, including an invitation to attend the “Japan’s 100 Best Ventures” conference.

Future Expansion
We plan to create synergies by combining our three existing businesses with another new business to form a composite business model.
We will implement this business model in local communities to revitalize them.
I would like to make people overseas realize that Japan is not only Tokyo and Osaka, but also its suburbs are full of attractions.

What I value in my work
I think it is “how we can grow from our failures. I believe that failure is an inevitable part of success,
I always tell my employees that failure is never a bad thing. The important thing is not to fail, but to recognize the failure, accept it, and move on to the next action. I myself have failed many times, and each time I have reflected on my failures and used them as food for growth.

I believe that sometimes we find ourselves in a difficult environment. But if you can make an effort without fear of failure, and make it lead to results, I am sure that you will be able to achieve your goals.I would like to foster an environment in which the company can give back to our employees for their diligent efforts.

Managing Director

Experience in app development during college and studied abroad for a year. Started a business after graduation.

MARIE ANDREJKOVITS

Team Member

German, English, Japanese trilingual born in Germany. In charge of Marketing, Branding, E-Commerce and Localization.

TAKAHIRO YAGI

Team Member

Worked at an interior design company and was involved in app development after studying abroad during college.

BRIAN REYES

Team Member

Born and raised in New York City. Has lived in Japan for 24 years and is in charge of Youtube management and video editing. Former head of International Marketing at DMM.com

JUNYA SATO

Team Member

In charge of expanding our E-Commerce business and connecting with clients.

ATAGI TAKAYUKI

Team Membe

In charge of projects in Kansai area for shooting and editing. Previously worked in TV as a director. Hobbies: "I have a cooking license and often make gyoza from scratch at home and serve my own cooking to everyone!"

TSUTSUMI KANO

Team Member

Business assistant of accommodation management. Studied abroad at junior college in Wyoming, USA, where she acquired a brought understanding of intercultural differences by studying about Global Human Resources. She had many opportunities to do outdoor activities in Wyomings beautiful nature. Hobbies: "I like to make small chrochet articles. Once I start, I can't stop!"
